
Online Sessions.
The main intention of my work is to teach, guide, and encourage you to bring your attention to your body and approach it as an ally. When you fully agree to what’s physically happening within you at any given moment, amazing things can happen. Painful sensations can shift or be relieved; fear, shame, anger, grief, and other intense experiences can circulate and eventually move on; new options to old problems can appear; your needs and desires can become clearer to you; you can truly rest; your energy levels can increase, as well as your confidence, intuition, and ability to open your heart.
All of this is possible through online sessions. Whatever subject, symptom, feeling, or desire you bring to the process, we’ll work together to bring you back to your body so it can do its magic. As with in-person sessions, online sessions last one hour and are tailored to your specific needs, history, and learning preferences. We work with breathing, relaxation, description of sensations, movement, and the identification and transformation of limiting patterns – all in the comfort of your own home. The approach is grounded and pragmatic, and you may leave with something physical to practice or focus on to support the effects of the session.
I began giving online sessions during the Covid pandemic. I continue to offer them because I’ve seen again and again the incredible depth of experience and results that are possible, and because they allow me to open my practice to people worldwide.
