I, Elaine,  will collect the data you give me (when signing up for a workshop, or for the newsletter) to provide those services to you.  Your data will not be shared with anybody else.

What data is being collected?

I will collect your email address if you wish receive the Attentive Body newsletter.  I will collect your name, phone number, and email address, along with any comments if you sign up for one of my workshops.  Apart from data you share with me,  this website also uses cookies,  to tell me how people are using my website.  You can read more about cookies below.

What is the legal basis for processing the data?

I will use any data I receive from you in order to provide the services you have requested.

Will the data be shared with any third parties?

No, I will not share your data with anybody else.

How will the information be used?

 I will use the information you send me to provide you with the services you have requested

How long will the data be stored for?

I will store the data I collect for workshops for three years, or until you tell me you would like it removed/destroyed. I will keep you subscribed to my newsletter until you unsubscribe yourself, or tell me you would like to be unsubscribed.  Once unsubscribed, you data is also removed.

Is my data secure?

  All reasonable measures are taken to protect your data, including secure passwords and locks.

What rights do you have concerning your data?

You can remove yourself from my mailing list at any time, or contact me, and I will remove you.   You may, at any time,  ask me to remove any data you’ve given me in connection with a workshop or correspondence between us,  and I will delete it.
