A two-day workshop (3 hours/day) dedicated to the exploration of our breathing patterns and possibilities. You’ll learn to use conscious breathing to navigate the not-always-smooth seas of life and have some fun while you’re at it.

Participation: 50€

Reduced rate for students, unemployed: 25€
