If you’re dealing with stress, pain, grief, or exhaustion, online somatic sessions offer a simple way to find relief and reconnect with yourself — wherever you are.

In these one-hour sessions, I guide you to bring your attention to your body and approach it as an ally. This process can help you:

– release or ease painful sensations

– allow fear, shame, anger, or grief to move and soften

– see new options for old problems

– feel calmer, clearer, and more rested

– regain energy, confidence, and intuition

 

All of this is possible through online sessions — grounded, pragmatic, and tailored to your specific needs, history, and learning preferences.

I first began offering online sessions during the Covid pandemic, and I continue because they consistently bring powerful results. Clients are often surprised by the depth of experience possible — and grateful they can access this work from anywhere in the world.
