The attentive body newsletter

Since 2015, I’ve been writing a (more-or-less) monthly newsletter of personal essays and professional reflections. It draws on my life, my somatic work, my interest in writing for wellbeing, and things I consider worth sharing—books, research, practices to try. It also includes details about my upcoming workshops and events.
