Managing pain.

Recovery sessions focus intensely on a condition your body urgently needs to deal with – something that, while not life-threatening, poses an obvious impediment to your well-being. I do not treat or heal, but teach you to create the right conditions so that your body can heal itself. By learning to breathe differently, trust your body, stop your reaction to the condition and manage pain in a new way, you can truly “recover” a part of you that you’ve lost, whether through physical trauma (injury, operation, accident, illness) or a chronic condition (migraine, back pain, asthma, digestive disorder, skin problems, menstrual discomfort).

Recovery sessions use the tools of the Grinberg Method®, which teaches through expanding and focusing body attention. They are not intended to be a substitute for medical or psychiatric attention, nor for any kind of treatment your condition may require.
